Mr. Hernandez received his Bachelors of Arts from American Intercontinental University, a Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from The University of Alabama. He is a member of the Florida Bar, District of Columbia Bar, New York Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates (STEP), the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar and the Cuban American Bar Association where he has served on several committees. He is a native Spanish speaker. Mr. Hernandez concentrates his practice in the areas of inbound tax planning for foreign nationals, wealth preservation, and estate planning. Mr. Hernandez has written for international publications and has appeared on Univision's Primer Impacto and local radio programs. His clients include multinational companies, executives and investors.
